Reasonably large units directly on markt square-views. Breakfast with an uninterrupted view of the square and bacon.

Attentive staff team from the excellent customer service we received from everyone else. Unbeatable location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from a medieval bell tower. Walking distance to the Christmas market and a main market across the street.

Excellent, central location at the main square and easy access to everything. The room was charming and the staff at the hotel very helpful, friendly and efficient.
No. It was very good in the type of accommodation we expected and full of local character. We would return with pleasure.

Stunning rooms, huge, beautifully decorated, felt like we were back in time & were royalty of sorts. Breakfast was gorgeous too, you needed to walk for hours after!!!
Didn't mind too much but it is noisy in the mornings being on main square

The size of the room
The staff were rude and they were closed on Tuesday which was the day we left and meant that we had to carry our bags around with us all day. Also as it was closed we had to have breakfast next door which was not mentioned during booking, and finally they had no tea and coffee facilities although we had a kitchen in the room!

Spacious and one-of-a-kind room with amazing views and a lovely terrace upstairs. The price was only £83, which was a great deal. Super central location, right near a medieval bell tower. 🌆

The location is ideal, right on the square, yet the room was quiet with almost no outside noise. We were in the room right above the restaurant and it was huge -- unbelievably so! There was a dining table (with a notice that you were not to eat in the room), a large desk, and a sitting area with a sofa and two large lounge chairs. However, the bathroom was the size of a small closet -- typical for old European buildings. The breakfast was included and served at the restaurant below -- there was ample food and it was quite good. I would book this room again and recommend it highly.
The downside to this establishment is that there is no staff dedicated to the hotel other than the maid. The rooms are above a busy restaurant and the waiters are the reception, payment collectors, and whatever else you might need. They were helpful and friendly and luckily we were independent enough not need any extra service. The stairwell leading to the room is tiny, but there is a small lift that we used for our bags.

Stayed in the Grand Apartment/penthouse. Two floors with great terrace overlooking Bruges. Living room overlooks town main square. Spacious, maybe 700 sq ft (~70m2). Nicely furnished. Breakfast was great and the food at the restaurant was among the best we ate in Bruges. Very relaxing and worth staying at.
No glasses in the room that I could find, despite having full kitchen (which wasn't for functional use) for water or wine. Cleaning lady did only a so-so job.

The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, especially for Kristoff who went out of his way to help me. The location was second to none. The room overlooked the main square but wasn't noisy. The room itself was a fantastic mix of different cultures and eras. I would certainly stay again
